A conical chunk of rock with grass and a tree growing on top of it hovers in the air, anchored to the ground by a thin wire. It looks as though part of a mountain has simply been yanked out of the ground and is now floating like a balloon. On the side of the rock, though, are oddities: the outline of a door, missing tiles. On the underside of the rock is an open hatchway, revealing tubes and wires. A workmen wearing overalls and an orange helmet is poking around in there with tools. An orange toolbox sits on the ground. The scene is set against a blue background. The painting is signed "Chris Silverman".
