A deep blue city night. Someone stands on a balcony, looking out at a starless sky, illuminated only by an eerie green glow from the door behind them. The building design suggests some alien brutalist architecture: heavy vertical lines, heavy walls, concrete everywhere. In the background loom similar buildings, all of them dark and uninhabited except for one small greenish glowing window. The buildings have small red and pale green glowing lights on top.
