The left side of the drawing shows a wall, or the edge of a building, largely in shadow. On the right side is a lighter, open space. A creature with a large, staring eye and a sharp nose is peering around the edge of the building, only its face visible in profile. The outline of a body is roughly spray-painted in white on the building itself, and the creature's face aligns perfectly with the neck on the body. This is a black-and-white drawing that looks as though it was done in charcoal.
