A movable platform, like that a window washer would use, attached to the side of some iron girders; perhaps an unfinished skyscraper. A person is standing on the platform applying a tool that looks like an acetylene torch to a spot on the girder. The white glow reflects off the person. Perched on top of the arm from which the platform is suspended is a large bird. The sun hangs in the yellow sky.
