Most unsettlingly, the figure is wearing a ghost mask from the Scream film series. The buildings in the background look like shopping centers and fast food places; the McDonalds logo can be seen. This is at night, the full moon high in the sky. Unlike most of the other stuff I post on here, I didn't imagine this; I saw this person standing by the side of the road while driving home tonight.
