A dark, cloudy night. In the foreground is a bare, rocky hillside overlooking a flat plane. In the distance, but not too far away, is the wooded slope of another hill. Someone is standing on the rocky hillside, holding a long cable. The cable curves up to where an enormous yellow smiley-face hangs in the sky. Yellow light from the face is reflecting off the person and the plane. Most of the drawing is gray and black, except for the yellow smiley-face.
