The windows in the building next door are illuminated with the blue glow of television screens. The light from outside illuminates the inner frame of the window, and the Venetian blinds at the top of the window. The person by the window is seen in profile. The person is smoking a cigarette and has short, crew-cut hair and a leather jacket.
