A darkened area that looks like it could be the remoter corner of some museum: a vast, blank wall with an open doorway in the lower right. Yellowish light is coming from the left side, although the source of the light is unseen. The right side of the painting is shifting into darkness. Suspended above the doorway is a small, greenish sign with "Goal" on it in gold, uppercase lettering. The sign is hanging from a bar that extends from the top right side of the painting, high above the door. The bar also has a large iron bell hanging from it. Anyone who's familiar with the Mario universe will probably recognize this. Blocking the doorway is a red cordon of the sort that you'd see in a museum or gallery. The painting is signed "Chris Silverman".

A dim room: not light, but not quite dark. Like a space during the day where the lights are off. On the right side of the drawing is a doorway through which white light is streaming. A blurry figure stands in the doorway, indistinct in the blazing light. Directly in front of the doorway, inside the room, is a perfectly round hole in the floor, like a manhole with the cover left off. A ladder leads down into the darkness of the hole.

A faceless white figure sits in front of a glowing computer terminal. The terminal sits on a desk, which is inset into a vast, bulky structure that dominates most of the drawing, and appears to be made of flimsy cardboard or metal. The structure is a huge, featureless thing that, if it was more detailed, might be furniture or a machine. As it is, it's not clear at all what this thing is. It looms over both the computer and the person sitting in front of it, serving no obvious purpose. On the wall next to the person hangs an analog clock.

A well-lit room with a window, showing a dark night outside with a full moon and stars. But it looks like the night is leaking through the window into the room; dripping down the wall in a thick, rolling stream like paint.
