No arms are visible, just the blurry form of the figure's upper body. The figure's two legs extend below the block. The effect is of a person wearing a very realistic popsicle costume. The drawing is glowing, radioactive-green ink on a black background. The legs of the figure are gray; the light reflecting off the popsicle is white.
