A vast, looming building that looks like a dystopian, amorphous skyscraper: a superstructure from Blade Runner or a similar film. It is mostly windowless, with a few small green lights and lines here and there. At the top of it is a cluster of lines and antennas, some of which have white lights on top of them. In the background are blurry silhouettes of what look like similar buildings. The time of day could be early morning or evening. There are no stars, just a ghost of a greenish cloud overhead.
