A large, blue jar with a short, narrow bottleneck, like a wine bottle if the bottle part expanded to about twice its size but the neck stayed the same. Inside the jar is a dimly visible skull. The light reflecting off the right side of the jar is an iridescent green. The left side of the jar has a blue sheen to it. The jar is set against a textured white background, casting a translucent blue shadow.

A glass bottle: not perfectly cylindrical, but with flattish front and rear faces and rounded sides. There is a cork in the neck of the bottle. The front face of the bottle has a label on it, slightly frayed and worn. The label has nothing on it except for a high voltage symbol—a lightning-bolt-shaped arrow—contained in a double border.
