A gunmetal-green sphere hangs suspended in a bright green space. The sphere resembles a cartoon bomb, with a fuse sticking out of the top, but where the fuse would be are several small vinelike plants, one of which has a red flower at the end. The sphere has a smiley-face embossed into its surface. Bright pink lipstick is roughly smeared around its mouth, with two smeary blue paint lines for eyebrows. It has a clownish appearance. The painting is signed "Chris Silverman".

A blazing yellow fire in a dark area. This looks like it is in a cave, going by the earthy brown of the background. The fire covers most of the floor. Rising up from the floor on the right side is a rocky black cliff, reflecting the firelight. Perched precariously on the edge of the cliff, about to roll into the flames, is a giant spherical bomb. The bomb is rust-colored and has a smiley-face stamped on its side. A thin string of a fuse protrudes from the top. The right side of the bomb is lit with a neon-pink light, the source unseen. The painting is signed "Chris Silverman".

A glowing white figure prances on a dark background. The figure has a greenish tinge to it, and no head. Hovering above its neck is a very large spherical orange bomb. The bomb has two glowing yellow eyes and a simple, smiling yellow mouth, which is also glowing. It looks like the head of a toy person. A fuse sticks out of the top of it. In its left hand, the figure is holding a lit candle. The image is signed "Chris Silverman".

A large, rusty, spherical bomb embedded in a hillside. This is one of those cartoon grenades with the fuse sticking out of the side. The bomb has a smiley-face visible on one side. Approaching over the hillside are a number of people, one of which is ominously holding a shovel. The sky is a greenish yellow. A single bird circles overhead. Perhaps it will be the only remaining witness of whatever happens here.

A giant, spherical cartoon bomb, fuse pointed down, is attached to a long, thin cord, swinging back and forth like a wrecking ball. In this image, the bomb is caught at the left end of the swing, about to swing back. Its path will take it through a small bonfire, through which the fuse will also pass. Sitting on top of the bomb is a small human figure. The ground is steely black, the same color as the bomb; the background is fiery orange red.

November 15, 2023

A large, spherical cartoon bomb, but upside down and hovering in space, so the fuse is hanging below it. Standing under the bomb, holding the fuse as though the bomb is a giant balloon, is a small figure. The fuse is lit. The drawing is black ink on an orange background, with the lit fuse and reflections rendered in white.
