antlers

2023/11/11

A face that appears to be carved into a rectangular block of wood or stone. The face is craggy with a hooked nose, a mouth straight as a ruler, and two round eye sockets without eyes. The left eye socket is empty; not a hole, but a circular indentation, as if you pressed a sphere into clay. The right eye socket is a round black hole, like you'd find on a mask. Sitting inside that hole, as though looking out a window, is a small figure with antlers and a suit jacket. That eye socket is surrounded by odd striations and wrinkles. The drawing is black ink on a green background.

A suited figure with the face and antennae of a moth, as well as—absurdly—a top hat
