A person stands, smoking a cigarette; an activity that most medical professionals agree is hazardous to one’s health. It is especially hazardous to one’s health when one is in an industrial facility surrounded by grim-looking gray-brown pipes, tanks, and machinery, all of which have “danger: flammable” symbols, “no smoking” decals, and other red and yellow warning signage. Hopefully the concrete walls and high ceiling will provide some measure of containment. The painting is signed “Chris Silverman”.
