A grim-faced bald man with a disproportionately large head and tiny legs stand in a dark area, holding a scepter or baton with a smiley face on it. A closer look at the head suggests that this may be rubber mask: the eye looks more like a hole. There is a very real, very red eye behind the mask. This is a primarily monochrome drawing, rendered in shades of black and eerie green.
